1. Information We Collect

YuvaDev is a desktop application. We collect minimal data to operate and improve the product: • Crash reports and error logs (anonymous, no code content) • Feature usage telemetry (can be disabled in settings) • Email address if you subscribe to our newsletter • GitHub username if you authenticate via GitHub We do not collect, transmit, or store your source code or project files.

2. How We Use Your Data

Data we collect is used exclusively to: • Diagnose and fix bugs • Understand how features are used to prioritise development • Send product updates if you subscribed to our newsletter We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. AI Features and Data

When you use AI-powered features, code context may be sent to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic or OpenAI) to generate suggestions. This transmission happens only when you actively trigger an AI feature. We do not store AI requests or responses on our servers. Please review the privacy policies of the configured AI provider for their data practices.

4. Telemetry

YuvaDev collects anonymous usage telemetry by default to improve the product. This includes feature interaction counts and performance metrics. It never includes personal information, file contents, or code snippets. You can disable telemetry at any time via Settings → Privacy → Disable Telemetry.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Crash reports and telemetry are retained for up to 90 days. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@yuvadev.dev.

6. Third-Party Services

YuvaDev may integrate with the following third-party services: GitHub (authentication), Sentry (crash reporting), and configured AI providers. Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies.
