By downloading, installing, or using YuvaDev ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software. YuvaDev is provided free of charge under the MIT License.
YuvaDev is open-source software released under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software, subject to the conditions of the MIT License included with the source code.
You agree to use the Software only for lawful purposes. You must not use it to develop, deploy, or distribute software intended to harm, exploit, or defraud others. You are solely responsible for the code you write and deploy using YuvaDev.
YuvaDev includes AI-assisted coding features powered by third-party language models. AI-generated code suggestions are provided "as is" and should be reviewed before use. We are not responsible for issues arising from AI-generated code. You retain full ownership of all code you write or generate.
We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect and how it is used. By using YuvaDev, you consent to data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the Software.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced via our GitHub repository or website. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
